“My room was quiet and AC worked well. I could sort of see the mountains but "Mountain View" is a bit of a misnomer given the way the hotel is oriented. I was in room 211 and there was a crater in the mattress closest to the door-- it really needs to be replaced. I liked the fridge and microwave and coffee maker. I liked that there was a nice desk and a sitting chair. The water in the sink and shower never got very hot, but it was warm. Staff was very friendly and helpful and hotel was well...

“Hands down the best experience with hotel staff I’ve ever experienced. These folks seem to love their job and the people they work with. The friendliest staff I’ve ever encountered. It was a great stay because of the staff alone but then add a clean, comfy room and great breakfast. It was 10/10. Management is doing great.”

“The hot tub wasn't working for the 4 days we were there. The pool was open the day we arrived. The pool was down the next 2 days but they did get it up and running on the 2nd day 2 hours before the pool was closed for the night. They refused to do a partial refund for our trip. The front desk people are extremely rude and unprofessional. To get housekeeping to come vacuum or what not you have to call the front desk to let them know you want housekeeping services. “There had been a room fire before we arrived and the windows were all boarded up on one side of the motel. Ice machine was broken. There was coffee thermoses in the for morning complimentary coffee but the lobby doors were always locked. There was no mini fridge, coffee maker, or microwave in our room.
